Terms and Conditions of Participation
The Wolverhampton Card Show is organised and managed by its appointed organisers (The Jarl!). By applying for, booking, and/or occupying a table at the Event, the vendor (AKA YOU!) expressly agrees to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.
1. Table Fees
1.1. All table fees are fixed and non-negotiable.
1.2. Full payment must be received at the time of booking. A booking is not deemed confirmed until payment has been received in cleared funds.
2. Table Allocation
2.1. The allocation of tables and the configuration of the event floor plan shall be determined solely by the Organisers.
2.2. Once allocated, table positions are final and non-negotiable. Vendors shall not request or effect any alteration to their allocated table location.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
3.1. Table bookings are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
3.2. In the event of a Vendor cancellation, the booking cannot be transferred to any further subsequent Event nor third party vendors to recoup lost funds.
3.3. Failure to show up to the booked event without prior knowledge or communication will also result in an immediate ban from all future events.
4. Vendor Obligations – Promotion
4.1. Vendors are required to actively share official Event promotional material, including but not limited to social media posts, provided by the Organisers.
4.2. Failure to comply with this obligation shall constitute a breach of these Terms and Conditions and may result in the Vendor being prohibited from participating in any future Events, at the sole discretion of the Organisers.
5. Conduct and Compliance
5.1. Vendors must conduct themselves in a professional, lawful, and courteous manner at all times.
5.2. Vendors shall comply with all venue rules, regulations, and requirements, as well as any reasonable instructions issued by the Organisers.
5.3. The Organisers reserve the right to remove any Vendor from the Event without refund where, in their sole opinion, the Vendor has failed to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
5.4. Vendors will ensure their stalls are kept to a clean, safe & professional state at all times through the show with their own table cloths being used on the day of the event. Failure to do so will result in said vendor being excluded from further shows.
6. Limitation of Liability
6.1. The Organisers shall not be liable for any loss, damage, theft, or injury sustained by the Vendor, their employees, agents, or property, whether arising from participation in the Event or otherwise.
6.2. Vendors are solely responsible for their own property and are advised to obtain appropriate insurance cover.
7. Amendments
7.1. The Organisers reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
7.2. Any such amendments shall be deemed effective immediately upon publication or notification to Vendors.
